Appearance: Intensity=opaque or transparent. Clarity=clear or cloudy
Aroma: Fruity=melon, raspberries, cherries, apples, plum, pears. Spicy=cinnamon, clove, pepper, ginger. Other=Vanilla, butter, honey, chocolate, wood smoke
